There is no glossary / definitions in the UG to understand some terms.

There is no need for a glossary in the UG.

Reason for disagreement: This app is targeted at delivery people who wish to organize their jobs and contacts. So, I believe that while mentioning terms like double, CSV file, etc. in the User Guide, it is very important to convey the meaning of the terms to the target audience as well - one of the methods of doing it, is having a glossary.
