Learn how to use the pathplanner library for generating and following paths. Integrate the library to use Actions from FlashLib.

@ShalevAtA is currently trying to write and run a code in simulator for path following with a tank drive.

@ShalevAtA Finished running a tank simulation with path commands, it works great. Now just need to try it on the real swerve.

So now he will write pathplanning for the swerve and run it on the real one
