Flashboard - reconnection functioning weird #15

When the computer loses connection to the robot radio and then reconnects, the flashboard reconnection doesn't function properly and either does not connect or just takes too long.

This issue does not occur if the robot is turned off, but rather only if the robot is still powered and the computer loses connection.

Fixed in last commit to dev-fix branch.
