At our workspace we bought a creator 4 last year. Mechanically we are mostly happy with it but the software (flashprint) is just plain bad. In todays age Slic3r with all its forks is the way to go and i'm pretty happy that you at least started to get into a better slicer.
Even though i guess the amount of customers for the creator 4 is pretty low we are paying premium but are not getting premium.
So please make the creator 4 available within orca-flashforge so your premium customers at least get a little better experience.
