[Cross-Mod Request] Add the Eidolist (Calamity Mod) as a miniboss

It has 5,000 health, is relatively rare, and hits somewhat hard; so I think it counts.

Or maybe a config that lets us add enemies that use the miniboss health bar?

Ideally this would be something that Calamity would choose to add on their end.
