I had to manually get the permissions API due to maven being crong
I had to split up fapi modules due to brachyura not being able to handle pom files
I tested that it worked in an IDE, that it builds, and that the game launches in a dev env - no other testing done since idk how this mod works.

Brachyura has changed a lot since I created this PR, there are many conflicts, and I no longer use Brachyura, so I will not maintain this PR.
