Feature Request: Add the ability to globally disable text shadows #382

Title pretty much explains itself

An option to remove the shadows of text symbols in the chat, title (/title), tablist or wherever else they might appear. This setting would be similar to the "Text Contrast" setting from the FPS Counter.
