i18n - if language not found

At http://s.flatturtle.com/testing/hogent there is no Dutch translation file found. Can you make sure that:

• there is a fallback to a default (en?)
• that there is a dutch translation for the turtles? ;)

Should be fine now. Using 'en' as fallback.
