Resolution changes in local world, but not Realms #10

When I play a local world, the resolution changes as described in https://github.com/FlawCra/Resolution-Control/issues/5.

When I play in a Realm, only the hover box renders at the changed resolution, like in https://github.com/FlawCra/Resolution-Control/issues/9.
