[1.12.2] [Bug] Distillation Tower Flickering #162

Version immersivepetroleum-1.12.2-1.1.9

Issue Scaffolds on the side of the tower flicker/z-fight when looking at certain angles. Only happens when there's a different IE multiblock nearby, like a mixer.

I saw its fixed in version 2.0 ... can u just backport these fixes to 1.12.2?
