Portable Generator (invisible cable and insulated ones doesn't make difference) #179

Hello, sorry for my bad English,

When trying to connect a wire (for example a MV one) from the Portable Generator to for example an Ender IO capacitor, the cable is invisible and theCapacitor from Ender IO indicate 254 RF/t (instead of 256) even if the cable used is insulated. (distance of two blocks)

Trying to close and reopen the game does NOT make the cable visible again.

Minecraft : 1.12.2 Forge : 1.12.2-14.23.5.2854 Immersive Engineering : 0.12-98 Immersive Petroleum : 1.12.2-1.1.9

Edit : Only the LV wire is rendered, but not the LV insulated wire and no MV wire at all, insulated or not. Also, the fact the wire is insulated make no difference and there is still energy lost.

Power loss over distance is normal as it's a built-in (configurable) feature of the Immersive Engineering wires and has nothing to do with Immersive Petroleum.

However, the invisible wire from the Portable Generator to, anywhere realy, is an IP problem. (I myself am not going to touch anything regarding 1.12.2 IP though)
