Cant open settings #13

for some reason while having this mod active, i cant open the options tab when i pause the game, so i cant change something like my in game sensitivity. im not sure what could possibly cause this, but having this mod installed prohibits me from opening my options while in game, i can open options just fine in the main menu, but in a level or in the cybergrind i cant.

turns out i had UMM, which is depricated and was causing silly problems, this isnt an issue with CGME, my bad
