Skoice Voice Chat Integration #21

I'd love to see an integration of the Skoice proximity voice chat: https://github.com/Skoice/skoice

This plugin doesn't seem to have an API or the ability to interact with other plugins. So now it is technically impossible from skoice voice chat side. I wrote and asked about it in their discord, we'll see what happens
