Make use of GamesTDB for ScummVM titles #316

Until now, the description from scummvm.ini was used as the title of the game. This text is set by ScummVM when adding games from an internal DB. Although it can be edited, it may not be found in plugin_data/scummvm/scummvm.ini and the game details cannot be displayed. In addition, the title is not displayed in the language set.

This PR now also uses the GamesTDB (scummvm.xml).

Additionally, a bug with game names longer than 63 characters has been fixed. The CRC file sometimes uses longer names. If the ROM name is shortened to 63 characters, the entry is not found in the CRC file. This occurred, for example, with the games of the Leisure Suite Larry series,
