Broken video player again #1

Leaving this up here just in case I can't resolve the problem and have to forcibly revert back to a working commit:

Commit ade68e08841f89388cf2eb6dc9e6aa320a2d7f12 causes the path to be undefined again.

Previous commit e3bd2ae3ee3449d9954410f2abefa1cb7a755fe4 still works

Ended up replacing the SlideEditor in the current head with the one from the working commit. Broken SlideEditor was also missing the ability to track what images had already been added.

Dipa will need to go in and manually re-add her changes; I'm guessing the problem was caused by her working on an old version of SlideEditor that did NOT have whatever fixes we made to fix the path problem.
