[Req - GltnFormat] Novels #138

From a discussion on Reddit, one individual suggested created a format for novels. This would be simple at first, with some basic text or select fields.

Later, this can be updated with the Compile Layout API to choose different page sizes.

Does anyone have something akin to a template generator where we could go through a series of steps to setup a basic book/novel template?
I have been struggling with the memoir class for a while and when I search online for templates most of the answers to people looking for a template are: "Check out the memoir class."
There seem to be plenty of templates for everything else but for books I jut see Tufte and a couple other science/math ones. I would love for someone to create a script that just asked for page size, type of headers, special fonts, page numbering location, etc... Hell I would create one myself if I knew more about Latex. Anyone have something like this they use or does everyone just whip them up from scratch?
I know I sound like a bitch but sometimes you want to fish to eat while you learn to fish for more, you know?
edit: speling
Well, I think a book or novel is one of the simplest large projects someone can do. Most novels don't have that many options. usually no indexing, or special math functions or weird TIKZ stuff. Maybe some pags with pictures. Maybe a cool map in the beginning. Otherwise, you just set your page size and get your margins right and go, man. That's why I am kind of baffled there are not more templates for it.
