You don't have 1.20.2 branch yet, so I make pull request to 1.20.1

Not sure about BySellHandler:201, should it be allowed for empty tags or not, but looks, like it should.

Head skins tested on fabric.

Didn't test forge version or by/sell functuonality as I dont have economy setup. Anyway, hope this will be helpfull for upgrade to 1.20.2)
