Basically the way the permissions work now is TRUE/FALSE is just default setting and ALLTRUE/ALLFALSE is forced setting, but what if it wasnt forced for admins?
The suggestion is have permissions work about the same way as they do now with adminclaims but for player claims aswell in a way, normal players still cant change permissions if they are set to ALLTRUE or ALLFALSE for example CANSTAY but if a person with /flan adminMode on does it then it will change it
