Description

Updated docker-compose.yml to add MailHog service for local email testing.
- Added the mailhog service with ports 1025 and 8025.
- Set MAIL_SERVER and MAIL_PORT environment variables for the server and worker services.
Removed version directive from the docker-compose.yml.
Added a section "Mocking an Email Server for Development" to setup-and-guideline.rst.
Updated docker-compose.rst with documentation for using MailHog.

Look & Feel

Access the MailHog web interface at http://localhost:8025/ to view sent emails

How to test

Start the Docker Compose stack
Trigger an email action in the application (e.g., password reset).
Open http://localhost:8025/ to verify the email is received by MailHog.
