LASSO cell tracking update #49

Updated cell tracking to work with LASSO subset files.

  1. Updated Analysis/plot_subset_cell_tracks_demo.py to make it easier to adjust various plotting parameters.
  2. Added a fix in pyflextrkr/trackstats_func.py to handle an edge case when more than one feature_number is found for a given tracknumber.
