Comment: Keystrokes - If can be organised in Application Name and Recent Keylogs as is currently with latest file listed first, BUT when opening each individual file eg Windows Live Mail.....best to have the opposite, ie latest at the bottom so it reads like a normal text doc and not in reverse. ATM I read my mail in reverse

Great suggestion - we will add it to the roadmap.

Hey Dakota.......Although covered quite well.....generally the first thing I look for (esp in cheating partner/marital problems matters) is the exceptions rules....Can you not cover that up a little better. I thought the AV have password protection to modify settings....but I cannot seem to find any on my AVG. That would help though, password protection to access AV.

Also, if I disconnect the network, and dump shitloads of typing etc and then later reconnect and then monitor the data stats......it should alert me to a keylogger. I dont need to know if or how you handle this but naturally, if data exceeds xamount, then perhaps staggered smaller dumps to server....just a few thoughts for the moment...cheers SuperT

Hey there...just adding to my testing.....is this you guys volmgrx.sys?

Big problem with previously used similar software was bsod!!

My AVG is stuffed now and needs re-installing....AVG scanner hangs on the above sys file. SuperT

btw unhackme naturally nabs the chrome extension.....i did not allow unhackme to remove it, but will check out what happens when it is removed when testing on my laptop.....cheers SuperT

Hey @InnerSydney a few things.

  1. AVG stuck on volmgrx.sys - this is not us
  2. Staggered Upload - At the moment we don't do a staggered upload. I think it's a reasonable request though, so I've added it to our Feature Request Bucket. When our Product Development team makes a decision on whether or not to add it to the roadmap, and start developing it, I'll let you know.
  3. Chrome Extension removed by UnHackMe - It is entirely possible that the browser extension could be removed or blocked at any time. As a backup, we have added the Email Screenshot feature, which will capture shots of the browser window while the target is using their webmail.

Hey Dakota....thx for your update.

The email screen shots are a great feature.

AVG hung on volmgrx.sys...immediately after Flexi was removed, and a scan was performed. Other software I have used had similar problems....after uninstall....for some reason often bsod...eBlaster was one. Better check this out with other av too.....you dont want complaints from users whose systems crashed when scanned after removal!

Besided keywords, Alerts would be handy too by sms and/or email SuperT logged on SuperT logged off SuperT x minutes user inactivity SuperT chatting etc

Are you going to include option for USB rubber ducky? What about remote install module (maybe keep that just for me!!) Remote root access??
