Since our website (and plugin) are so heavily reliant on the minecraft skin servers, we should probably display that they are down (or shaky) when they are. The status is displayed here: https://help.mojang.com/
At the moment the servers are shaky, which means that our website and plugin will not display heads properly. People might come to us thinking the problem is on our side. Having a small banner at the top only when the servers aren't online is probably a nice enhancement.
