In MOOSE_MISSIONS repo Moose.lua must be deleted #2089

In every mission folder a Moose.lua file exists. This file must not be included in the repo. Every git gull etc. takes way to long and the Moose.lua is one reason. Also it increases the size a lot. After replacement of the Moose.lua in the mission file in the build, the Moose.lua must be deleted.
