Ops.ATIS spoken airfield names not mapping to correct .ogg files #2

using the non-SRS voice-overs, the ogg files being transmitted by the ATIS class for airfield names has several mismatches for Airfield names. Need to go in and rename the .ogg files in MOOSE_SOUND to their correct values
