Action items from Page Speed:

• See if I can reduce the physical size of images I'm serving on mobile
• Any plugins that can do image optimization on the server?

Things I'll be doing after launch:

• WP Super Cache
• Add caching and compression of assets to .htaccess

Added an optimization plugin, now all that's left is the post-launch stuff.
