Updated Swift Package Manager support to fix unknown header issue #249

Fixes the 'FLAnimatedImage/FLAnimatedImageView.h' file not found issue.

Thanks @bennie-atlassian. Package.swift was previously broken, but with this change it builds successfully. Can we get this merged in.
