Pre-Reqs

Create Badger organization

[ ] Clarify what is Final vs. Editable

Establish Badge

[ ] Name, Description, Custom Image vs. Generated, Attributes

[ ] Mention Managers
[ ] Mention Account Bound
[ ] Clarify what is Final vs. Editable

Issue/Revoke Badges

[ ] Issue to a CSV
[ ] Revoke a single Badge

Edit Managers

[ ] Add managers
[ ] Remove a manger

Edit Badge

[ ] Change description
