This PR adds the designs and form inputs from the new Figma file. From OrgForm -> BadgeForm should have the new inputs, properly styled, including for mobile. The exception is the tables that we are going to allow actions out of. It is minimally functional in this PR, but we need to get this added so Chance can start testing Badge indexing ASAP.
The Home page with all the organizations was not touched, and there is definitely still some styling tweaks necessary but for the most part we are 95% of the way there. Also did not include anything multicall related in this PR.
