Adds transfer bound functionality, as well as a base for multicall transactions that is being used to facilitate setting a Badge URI and setting and configuring our base TransferBound hook.
Also updated the contract packages a version and implemented it for the app in order to have current deployment addresses now that we need hooks like TransferBound. Putting it all the .env would get out of hand so let's keep it up to date with package versioning (Although I know we need the factory at least in the env for the indexer).
