feat: organization discovery w/ user exploration #226

Implements the ability to visit /discover and browse the Organizations that exist as well as search and sort them.

Included in this, is the ability to visit the the home page of other addresses (users) to see the Organizations that they are a part of. With this, this also means that one could navigate to the address for a module and see all the Organizations that are using that module.
