Fixes for Staking Rewards & Blockpour #47

Issues/Fixes:

  1. Staking Rewards had an error in the URL. This has been corrected.
  2. Blockpour tests have been removed. I have been unable to get an API key, which has made testing these difficult. Until I can get an API key to run the tests the tests have been removed.
