Once a user claims a quest using #51, they are presented with instructions to complete the quest

Requirements:

User can click through to learn about quest actions
User is given examples of relevant transactions
User can indicate that they completed the quest by pasting a tx hash
Include link to "How To Find Your Transaction Hash" docs

By integrating the quest instructions, we limit the need to support with external documentation.
