Respect NoTitleBar flag when there's only one docked window. #36

If the NoTitleBar flag is set for a window, and it's the only docked window, no tab button is displayed for it. Gives a bit more room for the content. I use this to ensure the main display dock panel in my program fills the whole window (pretty much) when all extra dock windows are closed.
