I've already made this: image It's in the imguivariouscontrols addon. There's a flag to display only single parts.

I know it's not a standard numerical and alphanumerical keyboard for mobile. If you (or some other user) want to modify the code to make it more suitable for mobiles, you can find the full code in a standalone version here.

I'm not interested in developing a proper standard keyboard for mobiles. Probably the existent version is good enough for many use-cases.
