Needs update to v13

shouldn't we make it a different branch? if we change stuff to v13 it'll break the current code. like if we updated embeds to v13 they wont work with the current kevin.

It would! We absolutely should have a new branch for it!

New branch created for v13 at https://github.com/Flizzyclone/kevin/v13. I'll work on getting it updated as much as I can but it may take a while.
