Conflict with DownThemAll! 4.2.6 on Google Chrome

If you specify a directory for saving that is different from the one specified in the browser by default, there will be an error as on the screenshot

The same conflict exists with the save in plugin I've been using for quite some time.

This problem only surfaced today.

Would it be possible to only apply your naming logic when using your plugin directly?

Version 3.0.4 in chrome web store isn't fix this issue completely. You can check my fork for better fix https://github.com/voroneril/TwitterMediaAssist/commit/6ec7f07f2e9ddb3ae71300d2199de7f3d434e843
