[Feature request] Downloading without confirmation

Please add a feature to download files in the background without confirmation, with the option to specify the saving path in the settings.

May I inquire about the web browser you utilized? Was it, by any chance, Firefox? If it happens to be Firefox, kindly be informed that Firefox offers a confirmation feature tailored to certain file extensions. I warmly recommend exploring this option at your convenience.

@Flkalas I use Firefox and I have the "ask for save path for all files" feature enabled. But for Twitter specifically, I'd rather have pictures saved in the background with no questions asked and be able to specify a specific folder to save only pictures from Twitter.
