I believe I solved the issue by turning on the I want the readable file name, but now it doesn't show me if I have downloaded the file or not.

Screenshots attached. First one is with Readable fine name option turned on, and in the second one it's turned off. Readable File name turned on_2 Default OFF Settings

I also get this. Files always save as .jpg.jpg or .png.png. I'm using default settings, with readable file names turned off.

Just adding to note that this does not seem to happen with .mp4 files, even under the same settings.
