Describe the bug Fishing Rod Exploit - XP Gained when no fish caught. Spam right clicking the fishing rod gains XP

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Spawn MT fishing rod
RCLICK
XP Gained

Expected behavior XP only gained when fish are caught, maybe 10 XP per fish?

I have changed the exp behavior. The fishing rod gets exp on catch and when something was hit (because the fishing rod loses durability on hit)
