Add subpage for decklist card transition #27

When a new meta is starting a player is interested in the card transition of his leader. He wants to know the top cards which are newly added in the decklists and the top cards which left.

TODOs:

Find a threshold, where card occurence change is seen as removal
Find a threshold, where card occurence change is seen as newly added
