Enhance Leaderboard

As a user i want a nice looking landing page. In order to receive this, the leaderboard should be enhanced.

• [x] Include Ag Grid streamlit Feature
• [ ] Live elo update would be nice, but its more a advanced feature for the future
• [x] Maybe streamlit elements could also enhance user experience
• [ ] Add filter logic (meta, color, tbd..)
• [x] Add leader avatar image
• [x] Add leader name
• [ ] Add Header and text information in the beginning

Currently we use only streamlit elements to render the table. Seems like we dont need a additional external component
