hi, CSI(Connection Specificity Index) could be done by the function "calculate_csi" from your package. I have a question that whether you consider the constant 0.05 as the original paper did. The paper link is https://www.nature.com/articles/nmeth.2728. 1635926513 This is the formula they used. Thank you very much!

Running into this problem, to me clearly, the author did not translate the formula correctly into this package. As far as I can tell, the calculation in this package is not what the nature method paper proposed, you can't call the result CSI, period. If you use this package for your analysis, please do NOT cite the 2013 nature methods paper, they are entirely different things.
