Upgrade to the version 2.2.1. Do not merge until @mattEhall add the Pypi API secret to the repo settings

Matt already added the secret, so we are good to go! @RyanDavies19 I think you are the man for this task.

Maybe you wanna get #140 into before. Either way, fingers crossed!
