[Rotate Tool] Rotating parts via the keyboard shortcuts doesn't generate undo states. #26

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Load a craft
  2. Select Rotate
  3. Choose a part other than the root part
  4. Use keyboard to rotate the part.
  5. Undo.

Using the mouse works, keyboard doesnt.
