DOX E-12 Rocket Motors still smoking in the editor #40

Describe the bug DOX E-12 Rocket Motors do not reset to "new" when entering the editor after use.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Build a craft with a DOX E-12 Rocket Motor
  2. Fly the craft and activate the rocket
  3. Return to the workshop
  4. The rocket motor will still be emitting smoke particles, and will still appear scorched

Expected behavior When returning to the editor, the rocket motor should stop emitting smoke and should revert to the unused appearance.
