When refuelling/recharging the motor should be turned off if possible? (changed title from the throttle to motor) #50

I fluked landing my plane back onto the runway beside the workshop without any charge left, but because my throttle was at full the plane's engines started up when the game started recharging the capacitor .

If the motor turns off for the refuelling/charging process then this issue wont happen, though I am not sure how many times players are going to run out of battery/fuel as they come into land ;)

Might not even be a bug technically but more of a suggestion.
