Refresh rate doesn't go above 60Hz. #55

Describe the bug The refresh rate can easily be set to 60hz, but if set higher goes back to 50Hz after a couple of seconds.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to graphics settings
  2. Click on resolution
  3. Scroll down to a refresh rate above 60Hz
  4. See error

Expected behavior Settings stay at desired refresh rate
