Control surfaces seem to have crazy high sensitivity set. #69

Describe the bug All of the control surfaces seem to have crazy high sensitivities set. The most egregious is yaw, though this seems present on pitch and roll as well. When I deflect my controller's stick about 20%, the control surface is already at full deflection. When I move it more, the control surface of course stays at full deflection. However, all other parts of the game see that axis correctly. In the controls settings, the axis display matches perfectly. The radio controller model ingame also matches my IRL controller's movements. Other controllable parts like landing gear follow the axis correctly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. have a joystick or gamepad mapped to the flight axises in the input -> flight settings, note that the readout graph matches the physical stick position
  2. Make an airplane with a rudder with default settings
  3. put the airplane into the flight scene (though this is also visible in the workshop)
  4. slowly move the yaw control stick, and compare its physical motion to the motion of the virtual controller in your virtual hand,a nd the position of the rudder on the plane.

Expected behavior The deflection of the rudder and other control surfaces matches with the physical stick positions, accounting for expo and etc.
