Make the "here" link bold #10

Make it stand out a bit more, because it's easy to miss.

Note: I got the following warning when editing this file:

We've detected the file encoding as ISO-8859-1. When you commit changes we will transcode it to UTF-8.

The first time I tried to edit this file (on Github's web interface), that seems to have caused artifacts (see commit baed4c379), but the second time (the commit I've used for this PR) it looks like that didn't cause any problems. In any case, I fixed the "Kleine Ã?nderung" to "Kleine Änderung".
