limit the number of results per Wikimedia project #6

[[:de:user:Yellowcard]] mentioned here that it might be a good idea to have a field for entering the number of closest users to be displayed.

While creating this issue it feels that limiting the distance of users to be displayed might be an interesting alternative ... any opinions?

With d3c97cdf7dbe32684ed22ab7cf27f1350eae55fd output is not split by project anymore, therefore this limit might not be needed anymore.

With commit 090115b899b7835f29fc6d1448bc318b1511c45e there is a radius field to reduce the output
